This option is really for people who have already found their “sweet spot” on dosing. This option is not ideal for people just getting started, because you really don’t know where you are going to land on that dose that is going work well for you.

I will go ahead and admit that I am not a huge fan of the current oral options for GLP1s on the market. They are not bad medicines, but you just get alot more “bang for your buck” with the injections. Oral meds do not survive digestion well so effectiveness is hit and miss. Microdosing
Microdosing GLP-1s means using very small, carefully adjusted doses of GLP-1 medications instead of the higher doses typically used for weight loss.
People often explore micro dosing to support things like blood sugar balance, appetite awareness, inflammation, or metabolic health, especially if they are sensitive to medications or not looking for aggressive weight loss.
The goal is gentle support with fewer side effects, not rapid weight loss. It is a slower, more individualized approach. Microdosing has not been studied in depth and is not endorsed by the FDA guidelines. There are only a few providers that will officially prescribe for microdosing purposes.
