Lemon Garlic Chicken with Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 6 oz boneless skinless chicken breast

  • 1.5 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • Salt, pepper, paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Toss broccoli with ½ tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast 20–25 mins.

  3. Season chicken with paprika, salt, pepper.

  4. Heat remaining oil in pan; cook chicken 6–7 mins per side.

  5. Add garlic last 1 minute. Finish with lemon juice.
