Cajun Chicken & Green Beans Skillet

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast

  • 4 cups fresh green beans

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt as needed

Instructions

  1. Season chicken generously with Cajun seasoning.

  2. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Cook chicken 6–7 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 165°F. Remove and rest.

  4. In same skillet, sauté garlic, green beans, and bell pepper 5–7 minutes.

  5. Slice chicken and divide evenly with vegetables.
