Balsamic Steak & Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
2 lbs flank steak (trimmed of visible fat)
5 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt & black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on sheet pan.
Roast 20–25 minutes until caramelized.
Season steak with salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic.
Sear in a hot skillet 4–5 minutes per side (medium).
Rest 5 minutes, slice thin against the grain.
Drizzle balsamic vinegar over steak before portioning.
