Garlic Shrimp & Broccoli Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs raw shrimp (peeled, deveined)

  • 5 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • Paprika

  • Salt & pepper

  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Steam broccoli 5–6 minutes (softer = easier digestion).

  2. Heat oil in skillet, sauté garlic 30 seconds.

  3. Add shrimp, season. Cook 2–3 minutes per side.

  4. Combine shrimp and broccoli.

  5. Portion evenly.
