Lean Turkey & Asparagus Skillet

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs 93–99% lean ground turkey

  • 2 bunches asparagus (trimmed)

  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • Onion powder

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tsp oil in skillet.

  2. Cook turkey until browned (7–8 minutes).

  3. Remove turkey; in same pan cook asparagus + bell pepper 5–6 minutes.

  4. Add garlic and seasonings.

  5. Combine turkey and vegetables.

  6. Divide into containers.
