Garlic Lime Tilapia & Sautéed Spinach

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs tilapia fillets

  • 8 cups fresh spinach

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt & black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Season tilapia with paprika, salt, pepper, and lime juice.

  3. Bake 12–15 minutes until fish flakes easily.

  4. Heat olive oil in skillet, sauté garlic 30 seconds.

  5. Add spinach and cook 2–3 minutes until wilted.

  6. Portion fish with sautéed spinach.
