Egg White, Turkey & Spinach Breakfast Bake

Ingredients
3 cups liquid egg whites
1 lb 99% lean ground turkey
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
½ cup diced onion
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper
Nonstick spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Brown ground turkey in a skillet (6–8 minutes). Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir in onion and bell pepper; cook 2–3 minutes.
Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Spread mixture evenly in baking dish.
Pour egg whites over top.
Bake 22–25 minutes until set.
Cool slightly and slice into 4 portions.
