Tuna & Greek Yogurt Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
4 cans tuna in water (drained)
1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 celery stalks, finely diced
2 large bell peppers, halved and seeded
Salt & black pepper
Instructions
In a bowl, mix tuna, Greek yogurt, mustard, celery, salt, and pepper.
Slice bell peppers into halves or large strips.
Spoon tuna mixture evenly into pepper halves.
Store in airtight containers up to 4 days.
