Turkey & Egg White Protein Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups liquid egg whites
3 whole eggs
1 lb 99% lean ground turkey (cooked)
1 cup spinach, chopped
½ cup diced bell pepper
½ tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper
Nonstick spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray muffin tin.
Brown turkey in skillet 6–8 minutes. Cool slightly.
Whisk egg whites and whole eggs together.
Stir in turkey, spinach, bell pepper, and seasonings.
Pour into muffin cups (¾ full).
Bake 18–22 minutes until set.
Cool before storing.
